Are you a real princess?

I read an article on head massage and seeing as I was so stressed I bought a massage hairbrush and started giving myself a lovely head massage with it every night before bed. I thought I would give it a go for a month.

Heres what happened.........Firstly, it felt good and so I enjoyed doing it. I came to look forward to my new nightly routine. I was only doing 5 or 10 mins so it was totally doable. I had been waking up 2 or 3 times a night and after a few weeks that reduced to only once most nights. So waking up less through the night meant feeling better in the morning. I wasn't exactly bouncing out of bed but definitely an improvement. Another thing, I was seeing less hair in my hairbrush. Yes, less hair loss. Wow. I was hooked.


I decided to give it a go on my children seeing as bedtime wasn't exactly the calmest of times. I told them that to be a REAL PRINCESS means getting your hair brushed 100 times a night. They really love it. It helps us all to relax.
